Live Demo · Sample Tool

See what a price-estimate tool feels like to a prospective client.

This is a working sample built on the same approach we'd configure for your firm — a short, friendly Q&A that ends in a realistic ballpark and a one-click path to booking a consultation.

Making this replicable across firms

Calculator logic

Estimate ranges live in a single JS object (see ESTIMATES at the bottom of this page's source). Per firm, we just swap in their practice areas, question sets, and fee ranges — the flow, styling, and booking handoff stay identical.

Scheduling toggle

The toggle above lets you compare Calendly (third-party, free tier available) vs Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling (included with Google Workspace). Each selection is logged below the toggle so you can see which option the visitor chose. For a real deployment, swap in the firm's own Calendly data-url or their Google Appointment Scheduling embed URL — one line each.

Why this beats a static "contact us"

The estimate gives the visitor a reason to keep going. By the time they reach the booking step, they've already self-qualified and gotten value — booking feels like the natural next step, not a cold ask.

SEO / AI-search angle

A "how much does [practice area] cost" page that actually answers the question — interactively — is exactly the kind of specific, useful content AI answer engines surface. Each firm's calculator page doubles as a landing page for that high-intent search.
